I really enjoy working at Ikashi Fintech because of the excellent company culture. The environment here is very supportive and collaborative, which makes it a great place to grow and learn. Additionally, the company values its employees and shows appreciation for their hard work, which is something I find really motivating and rewarding.

While I appreciate the positive aspects of working at Ikashi Fintech, one area where I feel there's room for improvement is in terms of learning opportunities. When I joined the company, I had expected to gain more knowledge and experience in finance-related areas. - Sometimes you get too pushed especially at the times of festival offers due to bandwidth issues. - Have to scrap some projects midway due to lack of bandwidth
