...ou might don't have expertise in and expecting completion of project on time. 3. Late night stays with no compensation , 4. You can't argue with your managers because they bound to not listen your perspective, problems etc. 5. When it comes to promotion, it's all about favouritism for example if you have good relations with your managers they will promote your for sure even not having that much skills in particular, at same side the ones who don't obey or giving you counter argument they likely will layoff you instead of giving promotion even how much hardwork you do . 6. Communication gap is huge aspect why company is falling off from past year . 60 3d artist to 40-45 remains where just only 15 to 20 people know how 3d actual work , reason why people choose to leave because they don't know the value of your hardship , determination behind all problems . 8. Encouraged to not go creative instead they lead you to become a robot who just know their workflows and give deliverables

Salary not on time first they say it will come on this date then this date but it not even come on that date. Main HR is always in cabin or in other cabin or meeting never answer slack and not available. Only gurpreet ma’am available and helps but main HR ignore. My manager is good but point system bad ask us to learn new things but because of point system can’t no creativity, become a machine.

1. When your reporting manager is a 21 year old who isn't even matured enough to have basic conversations, then you know you're in the wrong place. 2. They want you to wear formals while calling themselves an "art studio" 3. Their ego gets hurt if you dont call them "sir" in spite of the manager having ZERO expertise in character creation. 4. They terminate you if you express concerns about the impractical workflows and forceful overtimes extending until 9pm, leading to point No.1 The place is highly not recommended for artists who have worked in gaming and vfx studios for its lack in maturity along with a clear sense of managerial amateurism.
