...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ood but we canot address our issues related to work and site management that is not as per policies and salary hike and career growth also not as per policies or based on work.

Promotions,salary hike and lack of planning and different accounts of companies in same group.

Not so more pressure on work,time to time salary,day work only, work life balance, good accomodation,vehicle accommodation,holidays on sunday and festivals.

Np Promotion over years,career growth,over documentation,less exposure,old machinery,action on complaint,partiality and selfishness of higher management,sub contractor aggrements,lack of command of HQ management, lack of proper plan,less monitoring on site people,wasting of machinery working hours of less knowledge of site fellows,less priority to mechanical department,lack of Idea of PM on activities of dept etc
