...ey do not have government jobs and the work is being done here with high skills. They are giving salary for unskilled skills and neither are they giving any trade.

...ryday, people are maintaining proper social distance, everyone is wearing mask . Also IIT Mandi allowed staff to work from for a period of 1 and half month and gave salary on time .

Supportive and motivating PI makes it much easier at all times for learning. During lockdown I never felt like my learning hindered but this time taught us as a team that we can achieve our goals while working steadily without taking much pressures. Hence learning is continued whether I am in/ out of campus.

the environment is good for research but yes a male dominant environment for sure. would recommend girls who wish to join please do have a discussion with the supervisor about your Research interests and your expectations. A good conversation is a key to thrive in a research environment. yeah that's it .
