compensation is decent but growth is slow.

It gives more opportunities to learn a lot of things. As well as there is no restriction or specific work time. You can plan your own work according to your benefits.

1. 2nd and 4th Saturday working, It should be holiday 2. Salary very less. 3. People miss behave on the name of Project staff. They try to put you down telling that you are project staff, I worked there as a Project Associate.

...k stuffs. Other than these things there is nothing good in IIT. No job security. Salary is not enough. Very high politics.work- life balance is too poor.

Team mates are not good. No job Security, Salary is not enough, very high work pressure, very high politics, work-life balance is too poor, no travel allowances.

It is a cheap organization which does not allow employees to even bring their vehicles into a 600 acres campus. They charge us money to bring vehicles. Employees are treated as dogs at the gates of IITM.
