1. Once you are an average techie, no opportunity to learn. 2. No growth opportunities.

If you don't have anything in hand than only go there. It's like temporary low paying government job with lots of hardwork. If you are there with them they are happy, once you ask for resign, they will put all the work on your head.

I like that place and there customer. And they will give me daily suggestions. So that we can improve the quality and maintain hygiene.

My one month salary has been not paid by urban crave owner. They always deducted the amount.many employees.

Here, there's a fair cancellation policy that ensures my time is respected, giving me the stability I had been seeking.

However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvements. I believe there should be a fee for inquiries as weel, not for confirmed sessions.

Toxic environment with worst politicism play by professors in civil engineering department like Vinay K Gupta, Durgesh Rai, Samit Ray Chaudhuri, Chinmaya Koley, Suparno....always they feel enjoyment in hackling and ruining student's career...avoidable at any cost...
