Dislikes

They don't pay salaries on time. It is usual that your salary might be delayed by 3 months (or more). The department (HR) doesn't respond to any queries. Overtime is a regular thing, how ever "some people" (most probably the close friends/relatives of managers) do work only 3 hrs a day. Salary Hike is an imaginary thing here. And those who ask for salary hike will be gifted with 3 months delay in the salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
