There is nothing to like in this organization. One of the worst organization I have ever worked.

Dislikes

Salaries are not given on time and even they not paid employee's money at all. Every time when they face any issue, they came up with new policies to harass employees. This not an NGO, totally fraud organization.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
