Friendly team members and collages.Team culture and work sharing is depending upon the team. You can really learn on technology very well.Especially they give improper designs so we can learn a lot by making mistakes here.So you won't worry about learnings.

There is no HR to care about employees and report our management needs.They never give enough time to complete your tasks ,it's happen partially here.There is no clear requirements and designs to implement things.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
