It's like a jail. You can't do any work of your. They even won't always to go out during working hours.

No working culture. Management is full of illiterate person. Then even keep you salary of one month as security and won't return you when you leaving.

There is nothing to like there. People who don't get job anywhere else or unqualified people can join. It's more like a lala ki dukan rather than a university.

...liday terrible working conditions. You will get only 70-80 % salary every month. Salary cuts on every issue.

...g senior managers to fire people. Salaries are not being paid to most employees. Only a handful people specifically the senior managers are getting full salary. They are asking employees to work from home for which they are not getting paid at all. Everyone has been given admission targets and on non-achievement their salaries are being put on hold. Nobody received even 50% salary since April. No salaries for rest of the employees since June 2020.

Always under politics, no work ethics, making us work to the skin, with unreasonable cut from salary every month, and intolerance communalism inside the campus and management, use and throw culture.

They hold your salary for everything, they ask you to perform stupid tasks like getting your students to like posts about IIMT collge on Facebook and Google to get their ratings up.
