Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dont work with this iikm business school they will keep salary pending, those people dose not know whats meant by technical support they will interview for desktop support but no technical work will be provided some of staff over they dose not know how to work on MS word and excel management dose not know how to treat with co-workers managing person dose not have proper knowledge on this business overall experience simply waste no job security dont waste your time on doing job over they if ur lazy worker dont want to learn and earn more you can join they worst management
