Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

For UG/PG- if you are hard-working, you can achieve a very high package. If you have a research interest, then u can have a good culture of teamwork with a master's and research scholar. Well, coding culture is the best in this organisation. For a PhD- A good environment of research. No hectic schedule.

the institute is very good and you will get very good placement if you believe in work hard and not too much in talent , so be prepared for the challenge.

Dislikes

nothing bad for this institute , all is good here , and focus on study my friend , you will get some good result
