...mpany. There are certain negative comments you may see from the past employees. It's mainly from the employees who are joined just for a sake of monthly salary not to look at what they can contribute to the organization which takes care of them. I have never seen in my long career with IIHT, Management treating bad for any of the employees. I Have worked for 10+ years in IIHT. Build my career from Accountant to General Manager Sales. Today am a successful startup entrepreneur. Special Thanks to IIHT.

Our office looks like old office, better to shift in new place. And I have hired with less package and appraisal they have not raised atleast. I joined as a junior qa, but even after appraisal is over they dint even changing my designation.its still as junior tag, its disappointing me much.

Likes

One thing they will the salary time to time. On 8th every month. Employees can work in flexible time.

Dislikes

They never stand on there own words or papera. I have not received my own variable pay from 9 months. Employee and employer amount they will deduct from employee only. From last 8 months 15 to 20 members left the job. Once they hire they will keep employee in probation only. after 6 months employee only resign the job because of not getting permanent employment.

The company is open to your thoughts and gives you ownership to make your decisions. The Management is very supportive which leads to a healthy work environment. The culture of the company is really good, and people in the organization are willing to help you at all times.

Dislikes

Salaries fall on 8th of every month, but there's never delay in salary.

Likes

The company has good policies in place for its employees like medical insurance, POSH, and a leave management system. They also have a fun meet annually.

Dislikes

...ual distribution of work is needed. They should review the processes thoroughly. Working on weekends occasionally is not a problem but I had to work on all the weekends without getting compensation. Proper training is also not provided to the employees due to the heavy workload on all the superiors/employees.
