Disappointing Experience at iigj-rlc jaipur I am writing to share my experience at (iigj-rlc jaipur) which has been far from positive. Unfortunately, I have faced several issues that have significantly impacted my job satisfaction. Firstly, there has been no salary increment or bonuses despite the hard work and dedication shown by employees. This lack of recognition can be disheartening and demotivating. Additionally, the office environment is plagued by excessive politics. This not only affects team dynamics but also hampers productivity. It’s disappointing to see talent and effort overlooked in favor of favoritism. Moreover, I’ve noticed a concerning lack of knowledge and skill among some senior staff members, which has made it difficult for those of us seeking guidance and growth. Instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere, I've encountered threatening behavior from one senior employee, creating an uncomfortable work environment. Overall, my experience at Iigj-rlc has been frustrating and unfulfilling. I hope these issues can be addressed for the benefit of current and future employees.
