Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client. Managers do not value an individuals

Company culture and work life balance is really good. People and managers are cooperative and understanding. Work pressure is not there like other Bank and nbfcs.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is very late, there is no concept of earned leave and casual leaves, overall number of leaves given are less as compared to a bank or nbfc. Exposure to various sectors gets restricted here, but if you are someone who wants to understand a particular field or work in depth without desire for a lot of diversified exposures then this place is for you. You will become a subject matter expert in one specific matter which you will be handing.

Overall it's good for freshers and experienced employees to grow their career and work-balance, company culture and culegue support everything is very well.

Dislikes

New and different skill development/technical things currently is not proper here but they are working on it by type with udemy/LinkedIn to make more skill for employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
