Not received salary on time after leaving company and reliving letter still not received and they are least bothered to respond for the delay. And they were not providing weekoff sometimes and pressuring us on target working overtime from 9 am to 8pm

There is no job security, work culture is good, The company management are not that bad & The policies quite strict.

The salary deduction is too high, Not giving the good appraisal & there is no growth in carrer

Job security is depending upon our efforts and have to maintain some rules and regulations it's all about job security. And company is nothing but it's good environmental and encouragement is very well..

Comming to dislikes that ... salary is issue is their and .. without any intematinon they will exit us..no offer letter ..it's totally.it's all about dislikes..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
