Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

Working environment was not good specially for my home branch where I was working. I worked and resigned within 3 months and no senior level person not even asked for my decision .Not only me others staff were also resigning from there post whenever the are getting any opportunity. Company profile was good, products were goods to sell in market but the local system was spoiling each and every thing

...ompany in my life.very bad experience in my carriar of life.i have joined the 3.50 lac annual package but 3 months has gone salary is given 15k without any notice.and totally harrasment this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
