Only single advantage in the company is that salary is credited in your bank account on time.

Dislikes

...otally insensitive to their employees. They are firing employees day in and out. Salary cuts have been also for the whole year as compared to few months only in other organisations. They are harassing employees by overburdening them with work pressure and taking undue advantage of the current situation. Policy changes in the organisation are also so frequent that it is impossible to integrate all the functions.

...g at all. Pathetic HR policies. Not at all transparent. I got a call via Naukri.com and I didn’t apply but they were very eager to take me and gave good compensation. Interview process was so easy that even I was surprised. NO brain storming work at all despite of me being senior risk manager. Unnecessary mundane work is given usually. Zero growth aspects. Try to move quickly out if you join by mistake.

I resigned in 6 months. zero facilities for employees. Everything sucks there. Cafeteria smells very badly. One thing I dislike the most is there no learning from senior management. No proper alignment of tasks or vision. HR talks very rudely and are not at all considerate if you highlight some issue to them. Typical “LALLA COMPANY”. Everyday is working and sometimes even on Sunday they keep calls.

The only thing i like about iifl home finance is that you'll get a job here easily as nobody wants to stay here, To much centralisation of everything, things remain pending because everything will flow through a single person and the person does not want to dilute that control as well Hr policies are horrible, there's a clause where the new joinee will have to pay 15% of ctc to the company if leaving the company before end of 1st year. Not recommended to join.

Dislikes

Dislikes are mentioned in the likes column, Basically there's nothing to be be liked about the organisation. For instance, the cost cutting is happening to such an extent that a small thing like tissue paper got replaced in the washrooms with hand drying machines to save the cost, and those machines are of very poor quality, basically carry your handkerchief if you want to was your hands.

...ss with a few weeks and decided to exit. They were made to serve 3 month notice. If a new joinee exits within an year, they ask to repay 20% of the ctc Every year annual bonus is credited in july for the previous fy and has a clawback policy if you exit within 9 months of receiving bonus. So its basically if your bonus accumulated till Mar 2024 will be received in Jul 2024, and if you exit before Mar 2025, you will have to payback the entire bonus back of the previous financial year. Everyday Car parking here is a circus.

Dislikes

Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.
