Nothing good about this company

Dislikes

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.

Value of positions, friendly nature with colleagues working areas,good customers at IIFL, salary intime credit employees,good service by employees for customers ,believed to customers iifl

Dislikes

Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .

...wth. Seniors are very rude and insensitive and careless... No work life balance. No salary promotions. No bonuses.. bonus are delayed with less %

Senior behaviour with junior

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new employees.
