...ent at Corporate office. Focus on taking responsibility and getting things done. Good salary & increments vis-a-vis competitors.

Lacks team culture. Poor training by L&D Team. Teams are always under-staffed. Company/Department-level Recognition & appreciation is visibly zero for the Corporate level (exists in Sales team only).

...wth. Seniors are very rude and insensitive and careless... No work life balance. No salary promotions. No bonuses.. bonus are delayed with less %

Good work environment the management support transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and arcade for chilling company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits
