In the interview the HR said that you only make loans against the gold but did not tell about self sourcing targets which is disgusting

when they recruited for LM they told us that they give leads and having 30% sales but they didn't gave any lead. Cornering employees, traveling allowance not giving, induction training was given by only video, operation process not get trained

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.

Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .

Salary is good but work culture nd working time is not that much good If u r Ina branch level then u have to work for 14-16 hours in a day Like joining time morning 9am Nd closings time 12/1 pm
