...es are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are critical and they give average salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and also career growth is not fair.

Good work environment the management support transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and arcade for chilling company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ys treated as an outsider despite best efforts one can put in at a senior level. Huge salary cut even before pandemic and during pandemic too. laid off and termination appears to be normal. The assurances or terms agreed at the time of interview were not followed after joining. Lost confidence and mental peace.
