Company Pay the salary in covid time company was very good but branch manager was very crushial in COVID-19 situations he not understand the employees situations and not supporting me he only supported in two people in that time any new staff not come to branch.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.my side so many politics play the branch manager but does not address the our organization in that time salary increment was hand over the branch manager and territory manager in that sa many politics in salary increment time.
