Good in this situation .. They don't have cut my Salary like other financial companies..

Dislikes

I suffered much as they transfer me for many branch and the distance like 140 k.m from my home town. As lady employee it was so much difficult for me. And early in my job I didn't get any support from my colleagues. Now its better then that..and I have supportive colleagues after 2.5 yr in this company..overall its good experience for me being an employee it's a good work place...

...y business is 1.2crore..but no use ... Increment , incentives are only a dream. Deepavali bonus also first deducted employee salary then paid on deepavali.. Just a silly reasons company merge their branch's and misguide the customers...
