...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

For learning and freshers is good work nature in normal city, but i am worked for Financial service as Credit officer for more than 5years but i am not getting good salary hikes,

very low salary and growth is slow and same way work pressure sometimes high, for month end times last 2 to 3 days worked for late nights

Giving low salary and huge pressure over work load more than salary. Hieringe from compitition with huge salary but not giving them who are wintage and loyal to the company.

Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .

Salary is good but work culture nd working time is not that much good If u r Ina branch level then u have to work for 14-16 hours in a day Like joining time morning 9am Nd closings time 12/1 pm
