...y business is 1.2crore..but no use ... Increment , incentives are only a dream. Deepavali bonus also first deducted employee salary then paid on deepavali.. Just a silly reasons company merge their branch's and misguide the customers...

I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
