Dislikes

Very worst reliving procedure after 3 month notice period. No salary for 3month. The full and final settlement will be given in 3 instalment for each month after reliving. Unable to manage work life with different shift. Too much of politics.

It's a very very worst management. Admin director yealla employee's ah oru adimai madhiri treat panranga . Padicha padipuku respect illadha place indha company. Oru bio research organisations la admin director ku thaguthi illadha oru nabar ah director ah potrukanga . Oru scientist ah director ah potrundha kuda ok ana Inga apadi illa. Simple ah solla pona kothadimai madhiri treat panranga .

Totally waste. Not suitable for all engineer's. Indha company la civil engineer ah bathroom kazhuva vaikalam avlo dhan medhi yeala velayum seiya solvanuga

Company culture is very very worst. One of the worst company. There is no respect in this place and they treat you like a slave. The admin director was very worst he was not qualified to admin director.

Best work place for scientific field. Well supportive Management and highly qualified team memebers. Well established labs and 8 hrs strict working hours. One of the Best GLP lab in india.

Dislikes

No food facility, all saturdays are working days.

Training of new employees is excellent, scope of new and various projects. Infrastructure and availability of expensive instruments. Best place for freshers after post graduation.

Dislikes

Relieving procedures are not good. Three months notification period is worst.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
