Organisation is open to change and tries to incorporate the latest technology in its work sphere. I personally get the chance to update my knowledge as I get to teach about the latest concepts in my subject.

Dislikes

Pay is low and work pressure is high. One has to multitask a lot. This leaves less time to focus on class preparation for teaching.

Work pressure is too much high..salary is not so good..i have to work 12 hours in a day as i have to attend calls in the evening..business head is not so good...
