Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

company is too good to me . but they are not paying salary in time because of that I was disappointed in that.

There are training facilities there before joining the company.....the management is the best team work is on top ....they dont delay in visa processing if you taken as a foreigner...

Growth is slow ....we have to do straight shifts sometimes
