IHG is a good company in terms of salary, appraisal, career growth, learning, work environment, work life balance. Team bonding is good. If we talk about politics then such people are found everywhere, in every organisation. So these people should be avoided.

Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

Dislikes

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.
