Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It was a great Experience to work with an IHG in Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla. I’ve learned a lot from the company, Our Staff; coz I was worked in EDESIA restaurant as a hostess. But I was my 1st job from where I started my Career. About EDESIA staff I specially thankful for these People (Bhishm Singh(Executive), Tanupm Pharai (Restaurant Manager) & Rest all the staff & HR also 🙏🏻😇. Now I m also trying to get an abroad Opportunity to grow more with IHG. I m also looking forward to see more opportunities to come back again in my IHG Family. Thanks & Regards Jyotsana Kanojia

Compensation is decent and work pressure is very high. sometimes they do not value and individuals.unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals and me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
