Ihbas has been very helpful in consideration with health be it be of patients , staff , employees or students .I feel honoured to be a part to this prestigious institute of mental health hospital and on job training for MPHIL clinical psychology and MD psychiatry . They have yesterday given me COVID-19 vaccination as an employee pursuing mphil clinical psychology 2nd year right now . We all have been given vaccination as being medico workers at our hospital .

IN my point of view IHABS is not a gov. Hospital ,from entering of you in the hospital ,patient care ,doctor care well treand staff ,and our supportive SR, CONSULTANT, you will feel ,this hospital is far better even some private hospital...so if say in one word- IHBAS manages exellant this pandemic....thank u..

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
