I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

Whole company itself, the HR name Karuna, such worst one that ever could see, do not know how does they say themselves as HR, even though if they don't deserve tht position

Everything. No growth for deserving candidates Salary deduction every month without any reason and even HR ha no idea about the deduction. No increment Fake commitment while hiring employees No Leaves

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

...ompensation, hr is good for nothing, management is biased towards old employees.m, salary hike is low

On time salary no delays which is a good part, easy job hirings, easy IJPs apply

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.
