Complete AI department left the company. Old managers with a lot of freshers to do the work. Bond to keep the freshers in company for 2 years.

Ignitarium has very good work culture where everyone has equal opportunity to learn, there are so many in house projects running and always work on latest technology! It's really helpfull for me since I joined as junior member and grew upto Staff engineer with great learning and appraisal as well!

Office parties are very less!

Work culture is good. Management is open to suggestions and resolves concerns.

They may send us to different company to work as consultant. When we go as consultant they may not give us relevant work based on our skill.
