Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

A great company to start your career!! There are ample of opportunities to grow and learn. Management is really open to extend you opportunities as per your interests which actually helps an employee become more confident and happy with his deliverables. Very flexible work culture, company policy is good and definitely a great place to get associated with. I am personally thankful to the management, company and team which has really made me a better competitor today.
