High groupisim, categorization, internal politics. How much u work hard I'd u are in offroll they would never appreciate rather demotivate you. Senior management does not have vision. Harrasment and no job security. My suggestion is please dont join this company. Its a hire and fire company. They will blame employee performance and they will not provide confirmation.
