Lets be very honest. this review is for those who are planning to join this company.. if you are sitting idle then you can join.. but you are seeking opportunities then please its a clear cut from my side that dont join to ruin your career. The management doesnt have any goal . mission , vision, what exactly they have is the story to tell to everyone..the bad point is micro management there.. top management has been used to now to adopt the chamcha giri culture.. if you are one of them then you can work there..they dont have any business plan.. what is the actual that is the plan.. plant is very polluted.. they made an image that they recycle the oil but in deep they are living in flare gas..side companies complaint but they never address.. they donot have policies but when one person resign then all the negative policies came forward.. they always keep your 10% ctc as variable and they will never confirm your probation by telling that your performance is poor. in deep the reality is they used to hire and fire the new comers based on their business ups and down.. they never respect your expertise experience and skills. coming to full and final , they will keep your hard earned money 10% variable and will give as per their mood.. HR is unnecessary becoming the culprit because management used to fire the bullets on HR shoulders.

Worst company ever I have seen in my life.. cheap quality management and did not provide any facilities to employees…it’s just like working in a local shop not in a company because there are uneducated peoples who has no any professional behaviour. I have working hard and give my 100% to this company and during my family financial problems they did not at least my full and final amount I served a full 2 month notice period here, and during my Full and final they deduct my whole amount and did not give any paid leaves settlement amount also no any policy term and conditions written on the documents about the deduction. Need to Change the unprofessional,uneducated HRs who didn’t listen and understand the problems of employees and always react as a I know everything and superior in every aspect. Fraud company please do not join this company.

There is no work culture, they are just blaming this or that. No gaming zone. No policies. At the time of increment they just remove employees by giving silly reason.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t have any vision. Salary is good but career growth is too slow.

IFP provided me the opportunity to learn about the Circular Economy of Used Oil. The team is very warm and helpful - Sahil Sir, the Head of Strategy is a wonderful mentor and individual to work with.

We could have more regular meetings as an extension to the Monthly Reviews.
