Technical job was the only satisfaction that gave me to work. So if you want to move your careers through technical knowledge, you could go for it.

Learning potential was good at once. Now its not the same case. Lot of politics between people at the higher level. Some people humiliate others for ego clashes. You can learn basic risk management techniques. Never expect the company to give you appraisal.
