No sequrity no guard no rules and regulations customer care support is zero for customers no hearing No support for junior staff by the T.M and seniors, seniors always ready for auction of the customer's gold for taking and obtain more benefits, customers gold ornaments is unsecured, also IFL GOLD LOAN is not a registered company.

Nothing is there to like.. company is all about MD relatives in every department and in every branch.

Management have no idea what is right for company..failed to implement any policy.All work is done without any process....in every organisation legal is done after the credit review here legal is done before the credit review..what else I say more for company.
