A perfect place for Banking Financial recruiter, a lot to learn in the Emerging Technology space, all TOP 5 investment Banks are the major clients so needless to say its a great place for learning new technologies. Management and all leaderships are very approachable and cooperative. Appraisal (minimum 30% yearly hike for top performers), which i liked the best part here. and Bonus/Incentive are best in the industry so far i have seen in the recruitment firms. Work time is very flexible and a great culture of working as a team. management never pressure for any target/revenue as this is one of the good thing here.

Dislikes

Nothing any specific! So far so Good! may be a little improvement in some WFH leave policies, as company is growing in number hope management is looking after it.
