I don't think so there is any point of disliking IFI Techsolutions . But now they have to think on expansion and innovation plan as per market competition.

Nothing. I would say joining this company was a big mistake.

Dislikes

The management of IFI Techsolutions is the worst I have experienced in my career till date. It is not at all a good place for Marketers. They does not seem to be interested in Marketing team at all. HR policies are biased. There is no humanity in this organisation. No learnings at all. Bad company environment.

If we talk about only supporting through COVID-19 lockdown, then the support is really great, I have seen many companies laying off employees in this pandemic, but IFI has always came in support of employees whenver they are strugling with any kind of problems be it personal or professional. Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
