Work culture is pathetic because management require 7 days a week working with no extra pay on week end holidays while company claims 5 days in a week work culture. Company require from employee to present in time in the morning which is good but no evening off timing and there is no extra payment for same but if you come late in the morning your salary will be deducted if employee crosses 1 hour buffer time in a month.

...blem but if you are on third party payroll then you can never come on payroll... No benifits offer to third party payroll and salary is also not satisfactory....
