...n though I had complete proof, he did not believe me. His name was Rohit Sharma. Not only him but the entire staff plays politics and the salary never comes on time except once or twice. And our TL also discriminates a lot.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not decent as per hard working employees they are notgiven a appointment later they comeet falls on the job training is not given to new joinis and our first 6 months performance not hilight propper

Mostly politics culture, no achievement or appropriation if you work hard or achieve Target. Can kick at any time with torcher.

The salary giving less than the offer letter. No Growth, no job security. I will not recommended to anyone to do job in this call center
