There is nothing to like here, I'm working here just for experience.

They want u to work more with less salary compared to the people who are on role in co. There is no growth here, as people have worked for more than 5 years in the co.on contract and are yet to get confirmation.The staff wants you to do their work but they won't help u when you are in need of a little help in ur work. They don't value us nor our work, we will only be remembered when there is work pending of on role people so that we can finish their work. They won't teach u anything new, as they might be afraid of us stealing their work😀😅. People take credit for the work u have done and even get promotion,so people need to be carefull.

1.On time salary. 2.Lots of things for learning.

Dislikes

1. No week off. 2. No festival leave. 3. Job timing regularly 10 to 11 hrs without overtime pay. 4. Seniors treats with junior likes his servant. Bad working culture. 5. Too much hard work than expections.

The only advantage I get is that once my CV get the name IFB will get a better jump and pay once I shift my job

No work culture and work life balance. Management is very poor in considering our work effort

Brand is good wasing machine No 1. Salary on time. Cleim on time.

Three months' notice period with no logic for targeting. Focus solely on primary work, not secondary. No marketing support, no POP boy. You have to leave this company after five years, but your gratuity has not been paid to you. This is solely because you did not serve the full three months' notice period. Additionally, the refrigerator started at full pressure without any logical reason.

Sab kuch theek hai but salary jayada nahi hai kitna bhi achha kaam karlo koi promotion ya salary increment ka koi chance nahi hai

I like this organisation but salary package not good and not promoted chance
