After retirement they are extended person on the same post, so new comers not any chance to promoted. HR and management team not supportive. Increment, confirmation always late on exact time.

Salary hike is poor for who stay for above 4yrs in this Company. No educational value No grooming for next generation. Believe in hard work not smart work. Extension for retirement person no time limit

All over very good experience I got form IFB Agro Industries Ltd. I received full salary from IFB when lockdown started in India and got full support from IFB when I was worked from home.

Job security and general shift duty. Recommended for older person, who want to do job rest of life.

Salary increment poor, company culture is poor, upper management arrogant, Hr not cooperative, 3 month notice period no concentration also do not accept buy out notice period and decreasing by leave balance. After resignation harassment for acceptance & relieving letter.
