Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.

I will not suggest anyone to work with IEnergizer Pvt Ltd. As management is not good in this company however you will get good salary but zero setisfaction, they can change anytime Policy without seeming you a single to you. Don't have harrarki also no one will listen you if will go by step by step, HR will not take any action on hire management. Also 10 hours window shift which suxxx you.

Poor senior management as per my process, I can't blame any other process' management and if we ignore management part then this is the best organisation among all the organisations I've ever worked in.

Ienergizer provides good salary for International projects. The HR and company policies are pathetic. It feels like we are working in some labor class company.

Apart from salary there is nothing that can be praised for this organization. The management group of the organization is so terrible. They attract you by offering free Gym, swimming pool etc. facilities but after joining you realize it was a trap. Gym never opens and swimming pool area is used by their canteen for making "Butter Naan"

Employee benefits should be there. Also inhand salary should be handsome. Currently it is very less. Leave policy is poor. It should be allow to those who are associated with the company since a long. I am saying this because no medical leaves are there. If anybody has to go on medical leaves for a long, they fire that person. Which is totally wrong.
