Looking for at least 7 lakhs per annum

Let me start with this. I have done a hotel management course and got placed at IGI airport as a Guest service officer (Front office) where I was getting just 17k per month and after 9 months i resigned. Then I got the opportunity at one of the BPO- ienergizer as an executive agent and my initial salary was 26k per month. I thought it was a good hike and i joined this bpo. Now it's been almost 5 years of experience and now I am a quality analyst where I am getting 40k per month. Now I am not satisfied with my job it's kinda boring. My interests are more into the finance sector and I don't know what should be the best path where I can get 12 lakhs per annum within 1-2 year. I am ready for anything like improving my skill set and all. I don't know how to approach other companies with my current skill set as there are some companies when they see that guy is working in the bpo sector they just reject my cv. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD BE BEST APPROACH FROM HERE.

* Doesn’t have RNR, no appraisal in case if you have 1 LWP in a year or in last 6months, * Do not offer Provident Fund (PF) * Penalty of 250 on 1 LWP, even if we are hospitalised 250 will deduct from your salary. * If you miss punching in or out it is LWP no correction will be done. * If you have good experience in bo*t licking then you get anything and everything. * Filled with Malayalam people (from VP, AVP, HR Manager, OPS Manager, Training Manager, Quality Manager etc., ) these people will not respect your opinion nor your efforts will be rewarded or recognised. * I have seen an advisors getting promoted to Assistant Manager without having experience as Team leader or any kind of operational experience just become he was one of them. It is a pure waste of time to join the company.

Salary on time, job is secure there, management is also good, but appraisal in term of monetory is not good. You will get designation but salary will increase in appraisal like turtois

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month
