For international processes they have 10 hours of shift, they demand more than average login hours which is not legal. Not at all employee centric. No perks and benefits from company other than insurance. Deduction on emergency leaves, not flixible with the policies with employees.

Nothing.. it's utter shit.. one thing that's good is for fresher who start at age 19 with good English speaking ability can easily earn 35k to 40k from starting but if u are thinking to stay and a make a career then it's utter bulshit organization
