I learnt a lot about freelancing projects. How to survive

Dislikes

...don't acknowledge an employees effort. I worked both as a BDM and ielts trainer. In both the cases I lost money they make an employee work and refuse to pay them for it. All of a sudden when it's time to make payment they have audits or all crap it's been over 2 months I still haven't received any salary

They expect EFFICIENT WORK WITH INEFFICIENT PAY. The payment structure is very poor and so are their communication skills. Especially the special Ed dept vacancy they are looking to fill. Team leads have resigned and trainers are too every month. They do no communicate well and the FINANCE DEPT. is the worse place to have an interaction with. They reply to you emails or tickets after 4 to 5 working days and that to with not a proper solution. UFaber ( Real School) has extremely disappointed me . Good luck to people who wish to fill the job role.

Only to teachers who had been in on site teaching field for long would feel this is best. Work from wherever you are is a good thing.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is too much work so little pay. For freshers in the teaching field would feel it's too much. Experienced might feel it's so easy than usual school board teaching but again pay will upset you.

Such a pathetic company, on the one hand they train trainers on emaester, charge a bomb for training, and when the candidate is onboarded, they don't even pay them. So, overall, it's a win win situation for them. This is modern way of exploitation, legal action should be taken for the same.

Dislikes

There is no mentorship, work ethics, and a heavy exploitation of trainers who train with with full honesty, put in so many efforts with the students.
