Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Here we have a designation trap. Designation is different to work what we are doing. Everyone get same designation irrespective of skills. This for attracting the people. The responsibilities are patching the scripts. For appraisal we need to sign on agreement for 1 year. This is unfair.

Salaries will be less and they will ask one year commitment. They will stop 3 months salary when we resign and it process after 4 to 5 months
